Our daily life is directly affected by the quality of the environment.The development of the industrial industry has become more and more serious to the atmospheric environment,and people's awareness of environmental protection has been enhanced.Government and society on the attaches great importance to the environmental protection industry also increased year by year,which requires help from the monitoring instrument,through data timely know gas pollution types and degree,can make the severe pollution accident prevention rather than cure.Environmental monitoring analysis equipment due to the product sales is emerging,so the market space is large,coupled with the national environmental policy,so monitoring instrument market development has a bright future.In this paper,the research object of environmental monitoring gas analysis equipment of D company is selected,which is highly targeted,which is beneficial to the conclusion of the paper.Paper focuses on the D company marketing present situation and the development process of research,to form the "marketing theory-D company overview-marketing strategy-environmental analysis-improvement countermeasures" analysis framework,in-depth analysis of the environmental monitoring gas analysis equipment market marketing environment,and promote the in-depth study of marketing strategy.Data in this paper,using PEST and SWOT model to analysis and research on the problem,especially for environmental monitoring gas analysis equipment carried on the thorough analysis of the company's marketing environment,find out the existing situation and problems of marketing strategy,in combination with the practical situation of the company and the market development present situation,the development of a set of feasible countermeasures are put forward.In the process of research,the paper adopts case study method,literature research,systems analysis,combined with the company's existing marketing strategy,and put forward many effective marketing measures,which have reference value to the improvement of enterprise marketing ability.
