The fierce market competition requires enterprises to continuously develop.And the employee voice behavior can improve the creative performance,which is an important source of continuous innovation and development of enterprises.Based on this point of view and the related literature,this paper constructed a theoretical model and puts forward five basic hypotheses.Then,this paper collected 296 questionnaires to take the relevant and regression analysis and reached the following conclusions:(1)Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee voice behavior,in each dimension,the moral example,vision stimulation and individualized consideration has a significant positive impact on promotive voice,charisma influence has a significant positive impact on prohibitive voice.(2)Transformational leadership and its four dimensions has a significant positive effect on the psychological safety.(3)Psychological safety has a significant positive effect on employee voice behavior and its two dimensions.(4)Psychological safety has a partial mediating effect between the transformational leadership and employee voice behavior.(5)Self efficacy has a significant negative moderating effect between psychological security and employee constructive behavior.At last,this paper discusses the research results and puts forward some suggestions about how to motivate employee voice behavior:(1)Guide managers to listen to employees' voice and improve their enthusiasm for voice behavior.(2)Pay attention to the confidentiality of voice and enhance their sense of psychological safety.(3)Pay attention to employee self-efficacy and manage different employees in different ways.
