Research On The Construction Model Of Smart City In Lu'an

With the advent of information age,urbanization has developed from industrialization,electrification,post-industrialization,digitalization to the era of smartness.Smartness has ushered urbanization into its advanced form-the smart city,which provides ideas for solving urban problems and exploring new directions for urban development.In recent years,Lu'an has been hastened to transform under the impact of information technology while smart city shows a new way and direction for Lu'an.As for smart city construction of Lu'an,the primary concern is how to carry out smart city construction and in which kind of construction model can achieve the anticipated target.Combining successful experience of building smart city from around the world and analyzing the construction situation of smart city and the main body of smart city construction,this paper sumarizes some different construction models based on the present situation and theoretical foundation.The realistic condition is considered and analysis of its constructing economic background and information infrastructure is conducted before a study of expected target of Lu'an for its smart city construction is made.According to two main bodies of its smart city construction,government and market,this paper concludes the suitable construction model for Lu'an which are government-led model,market-led model and government-enterprise cooperation model.Different construction models will be adopted in different application fields while appropriate modes will be taken in different stages accordingly.The current constructing situation shows that Lu'an is adopting the model which government lead and market support assistance.Along with the continuous improvement of information infrastructure and increasing fields involved,Lu'an has a tendency to turn from government-led to and market-led and government guided construction model.
