Research On The Construction Of Port Logistics Financial Service System In Zhoushan Archipelago New Area

In the process of the development of the port city logistics,the financial support of the port logistics is inseparable.The financial service system of the port logistics is the fundamental to the perfection of the shipping service system,and it is also the benchmark for the construction of the shipping center.The world-famous international shipping center must have a sound port logistics financial service industry.Although the throughput of Zhoushan Port has increased by leaps and bounds,due to the weak competitiveness of the financial services industry for port logistics and the low resource allocation rate,the development of the port logistics industry has been affected.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area financial structure and construct the financial service system of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.This article starts from the concept of financial service system of port logistics,introduces the core connotation of the service system of port logistics finance,and elaborates the relationship between port logistics and its financial service system.After that,it introduced the current situation of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area port logistics,and focused on analyzing the status and needs of the port logistics financial service system.Afterwards,the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area financial structure was studied and the current situation and deficiencies of the financial structure were carefully analyzed.Related inspirations were also given.Then,the linear regression model was used to empirically analyze the relationship between the development of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area economic circle and the financial structure from 2000 to 2016.First,measure the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area economic circle,and then construct a model.The empirical results show that Zhoushan Archipelago There is a correlation between logistics and financial structure in the New Area port,and the financial width has a more significant impact on the development of port logistics.Finally,according to Zhoushan Archipelago New Area’s financial structure analysis and empirical analysis,the policy objectives of building Zhoushan Archipelago NewArea port logistics financial service system are elaborated,and policy support,government input,implementation of preferential plans,construction of financial trading platform,and preferential treatment are adopted.Policies,support plans,improvement of the soft environment,and expansion of personnel training models give policy recommendations.
