Research On Application Optimization Of Service Modes Of Third Party Logistics In The First Port Company Of X Harbor

General cargo port terminal mainly focus on loading,unloading,transportation and warehousing,however,the single mode has been difficult to adapt to the modern operation mode of ports.Thus,it is imperative to create the enterprise core competitiveness and strengths.This thesis which takes X Port No.1 Stevedoring Corporation Limited as an example does study such problems mentioned above exactly under this circumstance.It discusses the existing problems,and then putting forward the Model of Service of Third Party Logistics to promote core competence of the corporation.In the first place,this thesis reviews the relevant theory of Third-Party Logistics and Port Logistics System,then clarifies the process of import or export goods in several ways.And on this basis it elaborates on problems of existing mode.In the second place,the paper comes up with an idea of customer relationship management in supply chain management in order to carry out the service concept of Third Party Logistics.As a result,it can realize the effective joint of information between ships and cargoes,shipping companies and shippers.Besides,with the aid of the mode of area port interaction,the company can develop potential customers to promote core competence of the corporation.In the third place,it is necessary to establish supply chain's logistics alliance and logistics information-sharing mechanism from various views,which is useful to solve information asymmetry among partners,balance schedule between ship and goods,improve the level of distribution and enhance the service efficiency of storage space.Through the implementation of advance ideas and technologies,X Port No.1 Stevedoring Corporation Limited has constructed logistics infrastructure and developed the ability of synthesize information.What's more,core competence of the corporation of xx Port No.1 Stevedoring Corporation Limited has been promoted.In conclusion,such research results of this paper have certain reference significance for other corporations.
