With the rise and development of modern logistics industry,port logistics,as one part of modern logistics,has become an important pillar of our national economy.Due to the increasing demand for logistics in modern society,make port logistics enterprises emerge in endlessly,the port logistics industry is in an increasingly competitive.And port logistics enterprises want to survive and develop in the intense competition environment,it is necessary to continuously improve service quality,emphasis on customer service level.Therefore,the way to evaluate port logistics performance reasonably is an important part to promote port logistics service efficiency and has become an important problem to resolve.Caofeidian Industrial Port Service Co.,Ltd.as important port logistics and production enterprises,logistics customer service performance is particularly important to the performance of enterprises.In this paper,after reading a large number of logistics customer service research literature,on the basis of using the combination of theory and empirical analysis method,set up complete customer service evaluation index system for Caofeidian Industrial Port Service Co.,Ltd.,to evaluate the customer service.The aim is to improve customer relationship management,to improve Caofeidian Port company service quality,to maintain old customers and develop new customers.Firstly,the paper have a review of the research at home and abroad in port logistics company about customer service,and expounds the basic theory of port logistics industry and customer service,and analyzes the main factors that affect the development of port logistics enterprises and the level of logistics customer service,thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the later research.Secondly,by introducing the present situation of logistics development of Caofeidian Port and Caofeidian Industrial Port Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of logistics customer service level,and paves the way to establish the performance evaluation index system of logistics customerservice.Thirdly,the performance evaluation index system of logistics customer service of Caofeidian Industrial Port Co.,Ltd.was established and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established.Finally,the research data of Caofeidian Industrial Port Co.,Ltd.were obtained by questionnaire,and the results were calculated by the combination of chromatographic analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The final results of the evaluation index of logistics customer service performance were sorted and targeted.Improve the proposal to improve the level of logistics services of Caofeidian Industrial Port Co.,Ltd.
