Research On Patent Operation Platform Based On Conversion Implementation

In the context of the implementation of the national IP strategy and innovation-driven development strategy,the IP operation market has been rapidly developed.The patent operation platform effectively mobilizes intellectual property storage resources with the advantages of information sharing,rapid resource circulation and professional services.However,the patent operation platform which is in the initial stage of development gradually presents some problems in the process of progress.There are few academic research which regard patent operation platform as the main body.There are only a few analysis and discussion of relying on the patent operation platform to promote the transformation and implementation of patent results.Therefore,this paper takes the patent operation platform as the research object,combining related theory in the field of intellectual property and technology diffusion field,explore patent implementation of the patent operating platform from the overall development of platform,industrialization and technology diffusion economics three angles.First of all,explain the development of patent operation platform from the overall development of patent operation industry.Through the analysis of the development trend,main categories and service contents,found that the patent operation platform has broad prospects for development.However,it is still necessary to improve in order to achieve refined services,innovative trading methods and innovative transformation of achievements.Therefore,measures such as improving regulatory policies and innovating transaction methods are proposed to promote the refinement of the patent operation platform and realize the economic value of intellectual property.Secondly,we discuss transformation of the patent operation platform the perspective of industrialization.The patent operation platform is the service subject who help technology achievement.Through the sharing and service of information resources,contributes to the achievement transformation.However,the patent operating platform is faced with problems such as low quality of converted patents,limited conversion services and lack of conversion assessment work,which limits the promotion of patented market applications.Therefore,it is suggested that the effective selection of patent resources,the broadening of transform methods and the reinforcement of feedback on evaluation,which would promote the implementation of patented technologies.Finally,we discuss the patent operation platform based on transform implementationfrom the perspective of technology diffusion economics,and analyze the role of the patent operation platform in the field of technology diffusion.Through analysis of the technology diffusion model,we find that the advantages of information sharing and resource utilization increase the user’s demand for the platform,which leads to the promotion of technology diffusion strategy in the form of patent licensing and patent transfer implementation.Based on the conclusions,the measures to broaden platform service channels and reduce platform service costs are proposed to strengthen the bridge’s effect.
