The cyber virtual community as an "alternative space" breaks the boundaries of time and space and provides a new open and interconnected space environment for people.People from different occupations can form a professional network virtual community based on their needs.They can share experiences,exchange information,seek interpersonal relationships and interoperability in resources within the community.The paper aims at the occupational community,it first analyzes the online virtual community and elaborates on the "TiaoBei" HR community,draws conclusions from the current operational status of the community.Secondly,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the HR community of“TiaoBei”,then using questionnaires to analyze the members of the community,provide the solution for the development of the HR community management program.Then,the paper clarifies the operational purpose and purpose of the HR community of "TiaoBei",conducts overall planning of the operational strategies of the community from online and outline.Finally,the paper will evaluate the operating plan in practice.Valuable content and rational use of resources can each enhance the quality and efficiency of operations.The most important thing is that the community become a complete ecosystem,community operators will only maintain necessary information to communicate.This will not only reduce the consumption of resources,but also strengthen the members' sense of participation and responsibility.
