The NJ transportation group is a enterprise which take the road, bridge&tunnelmajor construction and investment as the center and finance, building materials,advertising media, real estate development and operation as the supplements. However,road, bridge&tunnel enterprises still operate in the “one project, one company”mode dueto the social, economic environment in China and its group’s diversity characteristics.What’s more, lack of sharing resourses and strategic coordination, overall advantage needsto be further enhance are the serious problem. Therefore, based on the integration ofresources perspective, it is necessary to carry out the study of operation managementintegration model in road, bridge&tunnel enterprises.Firstly, based on the current operation and management situation of the road, bridge&tunnel enterprises of NJ transportation group, this study analysed the driving andresisting force of resources integration during the current management pattern. Then,based on the comparision of general integration model and highway operationmanagement, the study clarify the operations integration mode selection, scope andconceptual design combined with the road, bridge&tunnel enterprises’ operationcharacteristics of NJ transportation group. Finnaly, a concrete project was given tovertify the operations management of resources integration.This study have discuss the integration of resources, the link of road, bridge&tunneltransportation resources, it has a positive reference to enhense comprehensive benefits,reduce management costs, improve management level and strengthen the group control.
