Liaoning,as an old industrial base,made great contributions to the national industrial development in the early days of the founding of New China.Liaoning industry once created hundreds of national first achievements,and many model workers and advanced figures emerged.These are the industrial cultural wealth accumulated in Liaoning's industrial development process.However,in the period after reform and opening up,Liaoning's industrial development is slow and its economic level is backward,which is not commensurate with the reputation of "the eldest son of the Republic" and "the equipment Department of New China".Despite the revival of Liaoning's industry after the country put forward the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China,people still do not have enough understanding of Liaoning's industrial culture.As one kind of soft strength support,culture plays an important role in the development of a country and a region,and industrial culture,as one of Liaoning's characteristic culture,bears the brilliant achievements of the development of Liaoning industry.It also preserves and continues the memory of the people's times,and is the source of power for the future development of Liaoning.Also,do a good job of Liaoning workers to the outside world.The dissemination and publicity of the industry culture also helps to shape the new image of Liaoning.At present,the basic reason for the lack of understanding and identification of Liaoning's industrial culture lies in its lack of brand,lack of popularity and influence.Therefore,this paper studies the creation and dissemination of Liaoning industrial culture brand,starting from three aspects: the significance of building Liaoning industrial culture brand,the type of Liaoning industrial culture brand and the communication strategy of Liaoning industrial culture brand.First of all,it explains the significance of building Liaoning industrial culture brand,which is beneficial to inherit Liaoning industrial culture,enhance people's collective memory and cultural identity,save the population loss of Liaoning,and help shape the new image of Liaoning.Secondly,according to the analysis of the meaning and spiritual connotation behind Liaoning's industrial culture,combining with the relevant theory of brand science,Liaoning's industrial culture can be made into three kinds of brands,respectively.New spirit as the core of material and cultural brand,dedication as the core of the spiritual culture brand and cooperative spirit as the core of the system culture brand.Finally,from the angle of communication and brand marketing,this paper puts forward several strategies to spread Liaoning's industrial culture brand,which are the "5W" communication mode led by the government and the media,and the "Liaoning industrial culture" communication mode underthe thought of resource sharing.The mode of integrated marketing communication from the perspective of brand marketing.The purpose of this study is to help Liaoning's industrial culture brand,enhance the visibility of Liaoning's industrial culture,save the brain drain of Liaoning,and create a new image of Liaoning.
