Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,only when people live and work in peace and contentment can the country be stable.To solve the employment problem,we need to raise the employment rate and improve the quality of employment.Employment quality is employed for the work quality evaluation,is reflected in salary,environmental quality,employment benefits and so on.In the labor market,workers of employment quality evaluation are not identical,this is embodied in the following aspects:human capital accumulation,family capital accumulation and social capital accumulation,based on the different causes of different employment quality evaluation,some workers have a negative attitude towards employment,considering that no resources,no background,no human can't be successful,this attitude leads to dissatisfaction on their job,for the long-term development may have an adverse impact on the social stability.In the job market,the workers who have a relationship network can easily get more opportunities and have more job options,which makes others feel unfair.In allusion to the negative social phenomenon,by comparing the urban and rural data of CHIP database of China income distribution research institute,this paper focus on the employees aged 18 to 30,and studies the effect of capital accumulation on employment quality in different network of relationships.Through dividing the capital accumulation and employment quality in different levels,I choose to use the model of Ordinal Logistic Regression results show:whether the sample data of the rural or the urban,the accumulation of human capital's impact on employment quality is positive and significant,and significance is more than family capital accumulation and social capital accumulation;In the sub-samples of different networks,the human capital accumulation is the most important factor of the employment quality for rural workers.For urban employees,the human capital accumulation is the most important factor of personal income and welfare work;but unit type requires to discuss in different samples.For employees who have no relationship network,human capital accumulation is still the most important and significant factor,and for employees with government relations,the accumulation of social capital is most significant factors;When it comes to employees with family social relations,the most positive factor is family capital accumulation.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward three suggestions for improving employment quality.
