Secondly, analysis the integrated effect of western economy fully from the construction of infrastructure, education, ecological environment and the characteristic industry. Thirdly, measure the three capital stock, calculate the stock of physical capital of the twelve provinces in western region from1999to2012by Perpetual Inventory Method; select "the average years of education" as the measurement index of human capital, measure the capital stock from1999to2012; evaluate the western social capital base on the "the improvement of system conditions"; we can compare the capital stock to "magnet" visualry, because the larger the capital stock the more investment, and the greater impact on capital accumulation. Eventually, analyze the influence that the western development strategy to the Physical capital accumulation and Human capital accumulation by Granger Causal Relation Test method, then find that, for physical capital accumulation, the expended western urban-rural income gap does not affect it, but urban residents’deposit balance; for capital accumulation, it is concerned with the western region gross domestic product and public finance budget education funds. For social capital accumulation, the improvement of urbanization level, the promotion of the western government capacity and the improvement of the insituation promote the accumulation of social capital from different aspects. |
