Research On The Government Promoting The Sustainable Development Of High And New Technology Enterprises

Since the 21st century,the development of the global economy ushered in a new round of structural adjustment,triggered a profound change in the field of economy,in the past that rely mainly on resource consumption to promote economic growth pattern,has been gradually weakened,instead is high and new technology represented by information industry technology development,become a strong driving force to promote the development of the global economy high speed.Due to the high and new technology industry development,the global economy and the transition from traditional economy to a new type of economy,the knowledge economy,in the face of the new economic development model,gave high attention of all countries in the world,and take active measures to deal with.Based on the perspective of government management,this paper studies the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises in Jingjiang high-tech enterprises.Full text in the development of high and new technology enterprise in Jingjiang city based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo,on the basis of the jingjiang city government in the management of high and new technology enterprise based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons,and build the Jingjiang high-tech enterprise sustainable development evaluation model and evaluation index system,and the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used for quantitative analysis,obtained the Jingjiang city high and new technology enterprise ability of sustainable development level.Based on this,this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the sustainable development of Jingjiang high-tech enterprises based on government perspective.Study,jingjiang city,the high and new technology enterprise current level of the sustainable development of the overall situation is good,but there is also research and development of enterprise innovation investment is insufficient,technical level at end of the industrial chain,high and new technology of scale is not obvious,such as sustainable development,and jingjiang city government to promote the development of high and new technology enterprise exists in the process of management system is not efficient,hi-tech industry planning,policy implementation is not comprehensive,not enough science,system of the achievement transformation is not perfect enough,not outstanding talent aggregation effect of materials,thus promoting role in the sustainable development of the city’s high-tech enterprises is not obvious.Therefore jingjiang city government in the process of promoting the sustainable development of high and new technology enterprise,the need for the city’s high technology and new technology enterprise in the sustainable development ability of disadvantages and shortcomings,to grasp the relationship between the government,enterprise and market,the procuratorates role positioning,by optimizing the various policy measures and public infrastructure,build innovation atmosphere,increase efforts to support and promote for the sustainable development of high and new technology enterprise.Research for the government to promote sustainable development of the jingjiang city high and new technology enterprise puts forward beneficial Suggestions:one is the shift in the government achievements appraisal orientation,the evaluation system of high-tech enterprises to establish a green and sustainable system;Second,in the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises,we should strengthen policy formulation including fiscal,taxation,finance,intellectual property protection,talent training introduction and incentive,etc.Third,we should improve the mechanism of government supervision.Fourth,we need to build a cooperative relationship between the government and the high-tech industry.
