Research On The Influencing Factors Of The International Sustainable Development Of High-tech Enterprises

With the deepening of global economic integration and the development of science and technology,the internationalization of high-tech enterprises and the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises have become one of the hot topics in the field of economy and management.To seek a better international sustainable development,high-tech enterprises must clear the internationalization of high-tech enterprises sustainable development factors.Analyze systematically and comprehensively the influential factors of internationalization sustainable development of high-tech enterprises,and it is of great practical significance to study the factors influencing sustainable development of high-tech enterprises and the international sustainable development management of high-tech enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces the sustainable development of high-tech enterprise internationalization based on literature analysis and the actual situation of high-tech enterprises in China,then analyzes relevant mechanism and figures out the factors influencing sustainable development of high-tech enterprises.In the empirical analysis,factors are extracted by applying factor analysis of questionnaires which were distributed to employees in the company under case study.And the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Moreover,the extent to which each factor influences sustainable development of high-tech enterprises can be seen through descriptive analysis.Finally,suggestions are given on the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises according to these factors and relevant influencing degree inconsideration of actual situation.
