| With the rapid development of global integration and regional integration and the implementation of a series of major strategic plans in our country,the development of China's logistics industry has entered the fast lane.As a cross-sectoral,trans-regional and infiltration complex industry,logistics industry plays an obvious role in promoting regional economic development and has become an important part of our national economy.The practice in various regions and related studies show that there is an interrelated and synergistic relationship between regional logistics and regional economy.Improving the development level of regional logistics,to some extent,will enhance the vitality of regional economic development.However,due to the geographical location,policy environment,infrastructure,resource endowment conditions and other factors,the development of the logistics in various regions is not balanced.Undertaking the task of industrial transfer of eastern region,Wan-jiang urban belt has been a new growth pole in the central region and a bridgehead of the new Eurasian continent.It is significant for the local government to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the regional logistics competitiveness of Wan-jiang urban belt and to find out its deficiencies and potential,which is conductive to make a scientific and rational regional logistics development program for the government.Under the background of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy and the industrial transfer of the Wan-jiang urban belt,this dissertation summarizes the research status of regional logistics at home and abroad,sorts out the concepts of logistics,regional logistics and regional logistics competitiveness,and elaborates the competitive advantage theory,industrial transfer theory,logistics management theory and technological innovation theory;analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of logistics industry of Wan-jiang urban belt as well as the opportunities and challenges,and summarizes the status quo of the development of logistics industry of Wan-jiang urban belt;discusses the principle and train of thought of constructing the evaluation index system of regional logistics competitiveness of Wan-jiang urban belt,and builds up three first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators based on the existing research results and the actuality of Wan-jiang urban belt logistics development;collects and sorts relevant index data,then uses SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to carry out the factor analysis and the cluster analysis to the Wan-jiang urban belt logistics competitiveness and compares regional logistics competitiveness from both vertical and horizontal perspectives to find out its weak links,and to scientifically locates its level and identifies the key factors and promotion potentials.Finally,the optimization of the logistics development environment,the improvement of the information system,attention to regional environmental protection,professional talents of collective flow and the overall regional planning and layout are recommended to improve the regional logistics competitiveness of Wan-jiang urban belt.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the level of regional logistics competitiveness of Wan-jiang urban belt is relatively backward;the main reason is that the logistics economy of Wan-jiang urban belt is not high,the R&D capacity of logistics investment is insufficient,and the logistics infrastructure is too small.Second,the level of logistics development in Wan-jiang urban belt is uneven;Hefei and Wuhu have the highest level of logistics competitiveness;The logistics competitiveness of Tongling,Xuancheng,and Chizhou is more obvious,while Chuzhou,Maanshan and Anqing is in a range of fluctuations.Third,the superiority of the development of the logistics industry in Wan-jiang urban belt is greater than the disadvantages,and the opportunities are greater than the challenges,there is still room for the improvement of Wan-jiang urban belt regional logistics.This study takes the national major strategic plan as the background and closelyfollows the actual needs of regional development.Through studying the regionallogistics competitiveness of Wan-jiang urban belt,it will help enrich the researchcontent of regional logistics and has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
