The Research On Communication Management Based On TOP System

With the development of economic globalization,project management plays an increasingly important role for enterprises.As a project management,the communication management among the nine areas of knowledge,especially for transnational enterprises,has a more remarkable significance.On the one hand,different countries have different cultures,on the other hand,the cognition of projects are special and different.Therefore,it requires enterprises to pay full attention to the significance of relevant communication management.The significance of communication management will not only ensure the orderly conduct of the project,but also affects the operation of the whole company to a large extent.Meanwhile it determines the survival and development of the enterprise in the current increasingly competitive market environment for a long time.For multinational enterprises,especially those larger ones,communication management is much more important.People in different countries have different background and culture.To solve the problem that how people from different cultural backgrounds can be connected,on the one hand it depends on the company management of the human,on the other hand,it more needs to use the means of communication management.During the process of research,I mainly adopt below methods including questionnaire investigation,interview and actual case analysis to analyze of various problems in the existing TOP system comprehensively.Through the project communication knowledge theory and actual usage,to rank the importance of TOP existing problems.After that,the key issues were proposed to improve the plan and the improvement plan was implemented.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the communication efficiency and communication effect by using the network platform.To finish this paper,I used below ways like the literature analysis,qualitative quantitative method,methods of case empirical analysis and group discussion,in view of the various problems encountered when we used TOP system,and contacting the project management theory to study on project communication management of the system.The purpose of this project is to study and analyze the existing communication mechanism through a series of communication methods.To seek and propose solutions and optimization solutions to existing problems in communication mechanism.At the same time,it can provide reference for other systems in communication management.At last,this paper improves the existing communication mechanism and transforms from the original one-way communication into two-way communication,which is converted from passive communication to active communication.By creating a network platform and broadening communication channels,the form of communication was enriched and the communication effect of TOP system was improved.In addition,the model for improving the communication management of TOP system also provided reference experience for other systems in the company.
