The improvement of employees' health level is conducive to the improvement of production efficiency.Although most domestic companies are aware of the importance of employee health for the development of the enterprise,but when considering investment,investment in employee health still in other aspects of the investment.This article combines conscious health,work stress,and health promotion lifestyles to examine the impact of employees' perceived health and work stress on health-promoting lifestyles,thereby improving the health of employees.The main body of the article is divided into four parts.First,the literature review is conducted to summarize the research results of healthy human capital and employee health management.Second,the scale selection and research design are conducted according to the purpose of the study.Third,the existing health status of the employees and the population are analyzed.The influence of statistical variables on perceived health status,work stress,and health promotion lifestyles;then the relationship between perceived health status,work stress,and health promotion lifestyles was explored and predicted;improvement strategies and recommendations were given.The study found that:(1)Employees have poor living habits;(2)Employees work under pressure;(3)Employees lack of exercise;(4)Gender,education,and positions have a significant impact on employees' health promotion lifestyle;(5)work Stress was negatively correlated with health-promoting lifestyles;self-conscious health status was positively correlated with health-promoting lifestyles;perceived health status and work stress were effective predictors of health-promoting lifestyles.Based on the research results,give corresponding suggestions.Employee level:(1)Employees' personal health interventions: perfect physical examination packages;diversified fitness activities;helping to develop good living habits;and timely attention to employees' mental health.(2)Group health intervention:carry out health group work service;unblock the health demand feedback channel;formulate a reasonable workload.At the corporate level:(1)The cycleof health management processes;(2)Innovation of human resource management concepts;(3)Prevention and self-management.
