Research On Procurement Management Optimization Of An Equipment Enterprise

With the pace of global economic integration,today's enterprise competition is intensifying,and the level of purchasing management has become one of the core contents of enterprise competitive advantage.Modern procurement development presents a new trend.For procurement activities,reasonable and effective management can help enterprises to reduce costs,ensure product quality at the same time attract more customers,increase sales,improve service levels,to speed up the turnover of funds.Lean procurement management to reduce production cost and maintain partnerships with suppliers,is of great significance to promote enterprise's core competitiveness,with lean procurement thought,enterprises pay more and more attention to purchasing management optimization problem.By referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper studies the relevant theories of JIT procurement and compression advance period,which lays a good theoretical foundation for solving practical problems.On this basis,in-depth field investigation was conducted to understand the procurement status of equipment enterprises,and analysis was carried out from three aspects of organization setting,procurement process and supplier evaluation.It was found that the enterprises had problems such as untimely procurement of materials,low acceptance rate of purchasing parts,large inventory and urgent optimization of procurement process.In terms of supplier evaluation,the establishment of supplier JIT related evaluation index is not enough,and the evaluation index needs to be further clarified,and the weight of indicators is unreasonable.According to the problems found,the procurement status is optimized,the procurement process is optimized,the function and organizational structure of related staff are adjusted,and the procurement lead time is shortened.Complementary JIT related evaluation index,by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight,established the reasonable supplier evaluation index system,step by step to supplier of fine management,improve business performance.Finally,the optimized procurement process and supplier evaluation index system are applied to enterprise operation management.
