Research On The Optimization Of Procurement Management Of Zhejiang Dy-link Engineering&Technology Co.,Ltd

In recent years,procurement management gradually become one of the elements of the company's core competitiveness in modern enterprise management.In order to fully meet the purpose of developing and improving efficiency,companies increasingly emphasis on supply chain management in procurement management.On the other hand,with the rapid development of China's communications industry,mobile communications tower of innovative design,product safety factor,the price of the product quality and product supply cycle are put forward higher requirements.As a leading tower manufacturing company,Dy-link Group is a private enterprise with a satisfactory sales record.But the traditional procurement behavior has become the bottleneck of the company's core competitiveness.This paper introduces the theory of procurement management and related research results on supply chain management.Key problems and their causes in procurement management of Dy-link Group are analyzed combining with characteristics of domestic private manufacturing.By using methods and tools in procurement management theory,several program such as optimizing the organizational structure and procurement management process,stablishing the supplier evaluation and management system,and strengthing the procurement management information construction are proposed to improve the Dy-link Group's procurement management.In order to better achieve the above optimization program and system construction,specific safeguards for the organizational structure,human resources,management systems and the construction of information management are also proposed based on the procurement management theory and the economic nature of Dy-link Group.This paper is of certain directive significance to the cuts in purchasing costs and the increase in competitiveness for Dy-link Group.
