Research On Meticulous Management Of YG Oil Production Plant

In recent years,with the continuous development of enterprise management theory,in terms of cost management,refined management theory is becoming more and more mature internationally.A series of distinctive management modes have been broken down,and the oil companies at home and abroad have applied the detailed management theory to the oil companies with industry characteristics.Therefore,the decrease of production and operation cost of oil companies and the improvement of their economic benefits have effectively ensured their international competitiveness and sustainable development.Under this background,this paper takes XJ oilfield company YG oil production plant as the research object,and analyzes the actual cost management status of YG production plant,using literature research method,interview method,comparative analysis and multidisciplinary research methods,based on reviewing and sorting out a large number of domestic and foreign cost management information,on the basis of the cost management related theory.In the form of questionnaire survey,we find the weak link of current cost management of oil production plant,and analyze it in detail.On this basis,we put the fine management concept into the YG production plant,and put forward the optimization schemefrom four aspectswhich are the budget,accounting,control,evaluation.What's more,this paper compares the expected effect after implementation of the optimization,and the refined management is integrated into every link of production and operation.Finally,for the fine work of the cost of oil production plant development,we propose the establishment of a complete management system,improve the whole staff cost management concept,and establish the guarantee measures of the all staff linkage refined management team to further promote the refined management of oil production costs to achieve escort.The research of this paper is helpful to XJ oilfield company YG production plant to improve cost management level,enhance their competitiveness,achieve sustained and healthy development of the enterprise,and provide some enlightenment for the application of refined cost management in oilfield enterprises.
