Research Of Zhuye’s Zinc System’s Refined Management

Abstract:As an advanced management culture or management style, refined management has been accepted by more and more enterprise managers. ZhuYe is one of the earliest lead and zinc smelting enterprise in china. It keeps the position of largest domestic zinc output until now. With the quick development of zinc smelting industry and productivity scale increasing, the competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer and business risk is increased. How to meet the requirement of market economy, adapt to the competition, avoid risk and get stable returns are a problem which enterprises must consider. While strengthen the company’s various management is one of the important stage. So the company’s management must be refined. The company needs new management thinking and logic; change the extensive management to refinement management.This paper based on the theory of refined management and puts emphases on the implementation of ZhuYe’s zinc system’s refined management. Origin, development situation home and abroad in recent years, characteristics and operation method of refined management were described firstly. By analyzing the present situation of zinc smelting industry and ZhuYe, it came to the conclusion that the implement of refined management has become very urgent. This article mainly discuss the implementing scheme of refined management from whole production process analysis, substance flow analysis, cost management of first production line and safety management. The company’s technical management became more standard through the whole production process analysis; the cost incurred structure of each production chain was mastered and the cost was saved by implemented cost refined management of first production line; the company’s ability of prevention and control for safety accident were greatly promoted by carrying out safety refined management. By applying refined management notion, ZhuYe has modified its business strategies and improved its emergency capacity and competitiveness to adapt market changes and competition, so that the company can remains continuous stable and healthy development.
