Research On The Development Level And Coordination Path Of Urbanization In Tianjin

This paper based on the concept of "precise management and precise planning",and takes Tianjin as the research object to measure the level of urbanization comprehensively and summarizes the law of space-time evolution.With the latest year as the key point,it explores the internal coordination factors that affect the development of urbanization,and then studies the type identification of urbanization by establishing the criteria.Firstly,according to the principle of urbanization index,a comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization is constructed.It concludes that the level of urbanization in Tianjin continues to increase,but the growth rate is not large,there is still room for improvement and the urbanization differences among districts and counties continue to expand,presenting a pyramid structure.From the perspective of spatial pattern and evolution,the urbanization level of Tianjin has spatial heterogeneity,can be classified into three categories:high level stability,fluctuation decline and low level stagnation,showing the overall distance decay pattern.Secondly,based on the spatial and temporal evolution of urbanization,with internal coupling and coordination as the breakthrough point,this paper focuses on the mechanism of urbanization in Tianjin in 2015 and its coordination status:There is a certain spatial heterogeneity in Tianjin's urbanization level,internal system development level,coupling degree and coordination degree of urbanization.Among them,the overall urbanization level and the coordinated development level are basically the same.Thirdly,the paper explores the factors that affect the coordinated development of urbanization in Tianjin,and establishes the evaluation criteria to identify the problem of urbanization status in Tianjin.The results showed that the ecological environment conditions,geographic conditions and social economic conditions will affect the coordinated development of urbanization in different degree;And identifying the regional types of 5 types of urbanization development.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures to promote the level of urbanization and coordinated development of Tianjin city:In the new period of urban-rural transformation and development,the quality of urbanization should guide the coordinated development of urbanization.Aiming at the type of district and county and its problems,we should make the development policy suitable for this area,take the road of urbanization with differentiation and inclusiveness,and finally realize the transformation of each type of district to all-excellent equilibrium.
