Study On Coordinated Development Of Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei Region

After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth and rapid expansion of the city, the Chinese economy has entered a new normal stage, and established a new urbanization strategy. Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization is an important part of the new urbanization process. And their coordinated development decides the quality and level of urbanization. As a core strength in northern economic development, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Region play a leading role in the development of new urbanization process.Since the areas include Beijing and Tianjin which are two super(special)cities, their city size and level are quite different. Promotion of new urbanization may meet some obstruction because of unbalanced regional economic development. So Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Region population urbanization and land urbanization coordinated development is of great significance.By combing the existing literature on the status of the development of urbanization, the problems and causes of population migration theory,regional economic theory of environmental coordination of research-based,1987-2013 year study time span, respectively, in Beijing, Tianjin, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta region of population urbanization and urbanization of land is calculated on coordination and draw spatial variation diagram. Studies have shown that the region of Beijing, Tianjin urban population and built-up area growth rate both show "south higher than north" state, the characteristics of the population- land urbanization offset interval concentrated in the north-central region, from high to low and then high degree of coordination. By comparison, Beijing, Tianjin, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region’s population- Urban Land Development showed to coordinate state and the degree of coordination in descending order of Beijing, Tianjin, the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta.Based on the population of Beijing, Tianjin Urbanization and Land Urbanization deviation coefficient of correlation calculations and spatial differentiation analysis, this paper from inside and outside the system under the policy background, super(special) large cities and small cities population differences in absorptive capacity, land use efficiency, and four industrialstructure analyzes the reasons for the urbanization of land area of Beijing,Tianjin ahead of population urbanization development, combined with Beijing,Tianjin area population- Current development of urbanization coordinated land, respectively, from the land and the household registration system reform,urban layout optimization, upgrading the industrial structure and improve the social security system, equalization of public services and other aspects of the improvement and promotion of Beijing, Tianjin region’s population- land urbanization coordinated development of countermeasures.
