Research On Operation Mode And Performance Of Urban Sewage Treatment Enterprises

China is a country with extreme shortage of fresh water resources.Per capita freshwater resources are only a quarter of the world average.With the rapid development of social economy,our country's water consumption in successive years increases,at the same time,wastewater discharge more and more,in this background,more and more of the sewage treatment plant was put into operation,in 2015,for example,the national statistics there are 6910 cities sewage treatment plant,more than in 2014,but most of the sewage treatment enterprises have low profitability,profitability even in the case of negative economic and operational efficiency are seriously low level,restricted the sustainable development of sewage treatment enterprises.This article selects a small and medium-sized sewage treatment plant,the first detailed research the sewage treatment process and operation process,again from spending patterns and the revenue model to analyze the problems existing in the operation process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.When calculating the spending of sewage treatment plants,sewage process on a daily basis for statistical and calculate its average processing water,according to the annual average to calculate the cost of the sewage treatment fee,it is concluded that the main spending and spending patterns,when calculating the sewage treatment plant of earnings,list four different charging methods,charging for each method are analyzed economic benefit,and finally,again through the sewage treatment plant of spending and proceeds to analyze its financial benefits,due to the special properties of the sewage treatment plant,and analyzes its environmental benefit and social benefit.In this paper,by analyzing the case of sewage treatment plant spending patterns and revenue model,it is concluded that the exist the following problems or difficulties in the process of operation:(1)the sewage treatment plant effluent is strict,but the water quality is useless;(2)insufficient funds for sewage treatment and lack of effective management system;(3)the sewage treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant does not match the flow of the pipe network;(4)the professional skills are not high enough;(5)there are problems with sludge disposal,and it is easy to create secondary pollution to the environment.For the above problems,this paper proposes the following Suggestions:(1)strictly follow the water inlet standard;(2)improve the pricing standard and pricing policy of sewage treatment service charge;(3)pay attention to the collaborative development of sewage pipe network;(4)pay attention to staff training and improve the comprehensive quality of employees;(5)proper disposal of sludge and other resources and reasonable utilization.
