In our country,sewage treatment is the investment by the government and state-owned monopoly,it belongs to the municipal public utilities.At this stage,however,still exist such as the government financial pressure,low operation efficiency and service quality is not high,therefore,the government decided to adopt the PPP model to solve the above problems,but this pattern started relatively late,development and application there are still some limitations,this makes when private investors adopt PPP mode,the government on the transition more difficult,which led to market failure.So,to better implement the PPP mode,improve the quality of public service and safeguard the public interest.Need to strengthen the PPP mode of the government regulation of the water and wastewater industry.The research object of this paper is about government regulation in wuhai city sewage treatment project,through the analysis of application of PPP model in all the wastewater sector for experience and theory of government regulation,system studied Chinese in this mode for wastewater treatment in terms of government regulation.The paper on the basis of predecessors' theory,the udaya industrial park in the sewage treatment project as the research object,the system is analyzed in the present Chinese government carry out the PPP mode for sewage treatment process supervision situation and some existing problems,on the other hand,by reference to relevant government regulation of successful examples,it is concluded that the applicable in China after the implementation of PPP mode of the government regulation of the water and wastewater industry countermeasures and Suggestions.
