Twenty-first Century is the era of rapid economic development.In this context,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly intense.If enterprises want to remain invincible in fierce competition,they need continual innovation,which is the first driving force for development.In practice,the force of Innovation is equal to that of talents.If a company has first-class innovative talents,it does take the advantage as well as the leadership of technological innovation.Therefore,how to strengthen the innovation awareness of staff and stimulate the creative behavior of employees has become the focus issue in not only the academic but also practical area.The features of knowledge-based employee equip them major power of innovation in the enterprise.This study treats knowledge-based employee as specific object and analysis employee innovation behavior from the individual perspective,then proposes the theoretical framework of evolution for how a perceived organizational support interact with employee innovation behavior and promote each other.What's more,this study firstly introduce communicate desire of employee,to explore the relationship between employee communication intention,perceived organizational support and employee innovation behavior.This paper first defines the relevant concepts,and then,puts forward the hypothesis about the relationship between these three aspects,organizational support,employee communication willingness and innovative behavior on the base of previous literature.In order to verify the above hypothesis,this paper obtains data through questionnaire survey,carries out confirmatory factor analysis on variables by structural equation modeling,and presents the relationship between perceived organizational support,employee communication willingness and innovative behavior through path analysis.The paper mainly includes three aspects:(1)the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior;(2)the relationship between employee communication willingness and innovative behavior;(3)the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee communication willingness;(4)the regulating effect of employee communication willingness on the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior.It is shown that organizational support is positively correlated with innovative behavior,and employee communication willingness is positively correlated with innovative behavior.Employees' willingness to communicate serves as in organizational support and innovative behavior.Finally,the conclusions and theoretical contributions are discussed,and specific countermeasures and suggestions for improving employees' innovative behavior are put forward,and limitations and shortcomings of the research are analyzed.
