The current competitive environment where enterprises are require they innovate unceasingly,innovation plays a crucial role in employee's personal development and organizational development,as well as our society development.Enterprises' innovation come from their employee's individual innovative behavior and innovative ability,and employee's innovative behavior is direct effected by the Support,care and identity of their organizations.On the basis of reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,this paper has an in-depth study on related theory of organizational support,innovation control and employee behavior,then we choose the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee's innovative behavior research as a key point,and carries on a further test on their relationship through introducing an intermediary variable.Which named innovative control.By distributing questionnaires face to face through email or online questionnaire,this paper mainly has a random investigation on relevant enterprises in Shandong province,then with the aid of statistical software we analyze the collected data,and carry on an empirical validation on assumptions once proposed.The empirical research gives the following conclusions: both organizational support and its various dimensions have a significant positive influence on employee's innovative behavior;Innovative control has a significant positive influence on employee innovative behavior;Innovative control plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational support and employee innovative behavior.In view of this,enterprises' managers should give employees enough support and value identity,and care about their interests,so that employees can realize enterprise's value and respect and have senses of belonging and loyalty to an organization,it will cause innovation power;enterprises' managers should also improve the staff's innovation concrete through formulating corresponding policies such as reward,resource support,training etc.,only by combining innovation ability and control ability,can employees make a better innovation behavior,then the enterprise can continuing development in innovation.
