Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Institutions For The Old People

The aging of the population is a global problem.Since twenty-first Century,China has begun to enter an aging society.Only China has more than 100 million of the world's elderly people.With the further intensification of aging,China has entered the high speed of aging with huge pension pressure.The main way of elderly care is divided into home-based care service,community nursing service,institutional nursing service.Institutional nursing service as an important part of pension service,is increasingly playing an important role in our country.In November 2016,the NDRC proposed that we should fully liberate the market and allow more market players to enter the pension service industry.We use social forces to support social institutions for the old people so that we can solve the problem of pension difficulties.It must be a trend in the future.As a developed coastal province,Jiangsu is rich in social capital with good economic development.From the current stage of data we can see the number of old people nutrition institutions is big,but social institutions for the old people still have some problems.Jiangsu Province has different conditions in elderly care services in the three regions of it,including the southern,central and northern parts.The types of pension institutions are also more diversified.We use Jiangsu province as an example to research on the problems and countermeasures of social institutions for the old people in our country,it helps to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the status quo of social pension institutions.It can further explore the current problems and try to put forward countermeasures,which is of great significance to solve the current pension problem in China.During the investigation and research,we can find that there are still many key policies that restrict the development of social institutions for the old people.Some policies can not be implemented in the process and some people knew few of social institutions for the old people.At the same time,social institutions for the old people still have problems such as imperfect supporting facilities,lack of service concepts,and lack of talents.The elderly's concept of pension needs to be changed.With reference to a large number of cases of advanced nursing home institutions at home and abroad,and on the basis of research conducted by social pension institutions,we have learned advanced experience.We referenced a large number of advanced cases at home and abroad and go to see social institutions for the old people so that we can learn advanced experience to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the development of social pension institutions.In order to solve the problem of social institutions for the old people,we need to work together with the joint efforts of the government,social pension institutions,society and families.The government needs to provide good policies,improve the evaluation system for pension institutions and increase policy support.Social pension institutions need to define their own functional orientation,improve supporting facilities,improve the level of management services,and promote the combination of medical care and health care.The society needs to advocate an atmosphere of caring for the elderly,increase the ability of the elderly to pay and encourage non-governmental organizations to join in pension service.
