Research On The Personal Authority Of The Successor Of Chinese Family Enterprises

Since the 1980s,China adopted the policy of reform and opening up and the rapid development of family-owned enterprises.Now it has played an important role in raising the employment rate of urban population and promoting the improvement of the national economy and social development.After nearly 40 years of operation,the entrepreneurial generation is getting older and the family business of our country enters the peak of inheritance.Therefore successors in the enterprise to establish a personal authority has become the most important family business heritage.Based on this background,this paper studies the establishment of personal authority of the successors of the family business in our country.The research is based on grounded theory for qualitative analysis.Adopted a combination of interview and grounded theory research methods.During the sampling process,10 successors of family-owned enterprises were selected to conduct interviews,and interviewees were interviewed comprehensively,thoroughly and systematically according to the outline.Based on grounded theory,preliminary information is collected on the interviewed interviews to obtain an open code,and then spindle coding and selective coding are performed to synthesize,compare and verify a large number of codes until the concept is saturated.Based on the interview data,this paper obtains the ways and results of succeeding individuals to establish authority and establishes the"individual authority establishment and result model of successors of family businesses".Parental arrangements and self-development are the main ways to help establish authority.In addition,the authority to establish ways including performance,charisma,employment,etc.,theestablishment of authority reflected in the establishment of authority of staff,establish the authority of veteran,establish the authority of the father and so on.The meaning of these concepts and their relations in the text made a detailed analysis.Based on the final research results,this paper puts forward the research inspiration to the tree-making successors of the family-owned enterprises in our country.
