Research On Service Operations Management Of DQE Barracks In Iraqi Kurdistan

The issue of transnational service operation and management of Chinese enterprises has become an important subject to be concerned and studied by the people and scholars in the industry.Chinese service enterprises,which have crossed the border and become more and more involved in economic globalization,are confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.It is very important to study and reveal the law of trans-cultural service operation and management in order to improve the competitiveness of Chinese multinational service enterprises in the new environment,to respond to and implement the "One belt,one road" initiative,to play a new role as a new tool in promoting the structural optimization and upgrade of the long-term and healthy development of China's economy.The author of this paper has created the theory system of cross-cultural service operation management,which is composed of four elements of cross-cultural service operation management,service operation management theory and cross culture management theory.In the author's opinion,(1)Multi-culture,service operation,management,team leadership and other factors are the forces that multinational enterprise cannot ignore.The common impacts of these various forces will determine the direction,success or failure of multinational service operation management.(2)The multinational service should strive to meet the reasonable needs of customers and employees with multi-cultural backgrounds,and use this service as a means to support the strategic intention of an organization.During the research on the barrack service operation management of Kurdistan project department of DQE,a Chinese company,the author explores,excavates,analyzes the problems and causes,and puts forward the corresponding plan,conditions,steps for the barracks service operation management and its implementation and guarantee.The author also calls on multinational service operators to break through some inertia thinking and behavior patterns,to grasp the literature research method,the combination methods of qualitative research and quantitative analysis,as well as some related intelligent analysis tools in order to effectively adapt to the exotic environment and multicultural service operation management requirements,to meet complex challenges,thus to promote enterprise development.
