With the advent of era of economic globalization and transnational companies' boundless management,cross culture management problem becomes the task of many scholars and practitioners. At the same time,while culture university theory goes useless both in theory and reality worlds,the culture diversity problem is more and more obvious. Owing to its rigidity and potential value,the cultural diversity can inject more fresh blood to companies and create more flexibility,cross culture management is being gradually the study focus of many scholars and practitioners. Transnational project team is such an example. Analyzing the culture diversity in transnational project team,this paper points out that cultural diversity is a kind of precious resource and heterogenous team has more advantages compared with the homogenous team. However,when we take advantage of culture diversity to attain the desired efficient results,we face a series of challenges. Based on that,this paper explores several approaches in order to make some contribution to cross culture managerial practice.This paper includes four parts. Chapter 1 mainly introduces the background,object,content and theory bases of this study. Chapter 2 defines the conception of transnational project team and shows the background of its appearance,namely it is the result of objective and inevitable phenomenon. Chapter 3 explains the culture conception and its rigidity,then it shows that it is this kind of culture rigidity in transnational project team that becomes the main intractable factor in transnational team. Chapter 4 principally solves the problem brought by culture diversity. It firstly introduces the trait of thought for solving the problem-based on integration in conflict management. Then it lists several approaches,such as establishment of trust between team members based on Kantian philosophy,culture synergetic system,transnational communication and motivation.
