Stutdy On The Influence Of Private Economy On The New Urbanization

At present,the new urbanization in Yunnan province is in the stage of accelerated development,but it still has a certain gap compared with the whole country,and there are some problems such as low urban land utilization rate and lagging behind the public basic service facilities in cities and towns.In the market economic system of our country,the private economy has a characteristic of high degree of market,with the rise of private economy development in Yunnan Province,the total amount of good overall stability,in terms of consumption tax,urban population,employment,export trade,vigorously promote the overall level of urban development,but compared to the private economy in Yunnan province with the national level also exists weak,restricted development of the problem.The purpose of this study is through the analysis of the status of private economy in Yunnan province and new urbanization,the role of the private economy research of the new town from two aspects of theory and empirical,and the Yunnan city group in Kunming,Qujing,Yuxi,Chuxiong for 2007-2016 years ten years of data as an example,the construction of comprehensive factor of new towns,an empirical analysis of the long-term cointegration relationship between private economy and new urbanization,in order to get support of private economy in order to promote the development of new urbanization conclusion.First of all,introduced the research model of urbanization in Yunnan province and the private economy,and through the urbanization and new research and analysis center theory,structure theory,city group theory,new economic geography theory,growth pole theory and property rights theory,the private economy of absolute advantage and comparative advantage theory,the theory of the foundation of the full text.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo,we find the existing problemssuch as low level of development,so as to find the foothold and focus for the development of new urbanization in Yunnan province.Thirdly,SPSS software,Eviews software and Excel software are used to analyze the data.Taking Yunnan Urban Agglomeration as an example,we use factor analysis to select new indicators for urbanization from five aspects: population,economic base,residents’ quality of life,social development level and ecological environment.The time series analysis method is used to construct the regression model and analyze the long-term influence of the private economy on the new urbanization.The results show that there is a long-term positive co integration relationship between private economy and new urbanization,that is,developing private economy in the long run can really promote the development of new urbanization.Finally,it is the proposal of the countermeasures and the summary of the article.According to the analysis of the previous article,we find the problems and opportunities of the private economy in Yunnan Province in promoting the development of the new urbanization.From the enterprise internal management and operation system of entrepreneur’s own development,human resource management system and staff security;enterprise external related policies,the rule of law and market environment;the establishment of government service training institutions,encourage entrepreneurship,strengthen industrial planning and guide the private economy to invest in infrastructure construction in three aspects on how to put forward the corresponding the suggestions for the improvement of the new urbanization of Yunnan province to promote the development of private economy.The analysis of the full text is summarized,the analysis process is the analysis conclusion,and the deficiencies in the analysis and the prospect of the follow-up analysis are put forward.
