The Study On Service Industry Agglomeration Effects On Urbanization

With the speeding up of urbanization process in China, the service industry accounts for more and more important position in national economy, its development has become one of the important indicators of urban economic development. Request of the concept of new urbanization towns adhere to the people-centered thought in the process of development, the development of service industry is closely related to people’s life, we can accelerate the process of urbanization through the development of the service, it also can create a good living environment for urban residents life, improve the quality of life of urban residents. As the urbanization develop to a certain level in the performance of the organization form, urban agglomeration will appear, the internal mechanism of the formation mechanism of urban agglomeration and services agglomeration has a certain similarity. Therefore, analysis urban service industry agglomeration how to effect on urbanization has important theoretical and realistic significance.Firstly, this paper analysis service industries agglomeration how to effect on urbanization mechanism, then we measure the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration industry cluster and urbanization level, and analysis the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration development situation of service industry and urbanization. Secondly, we set up2003-2012panel data model, using statal1.0analysis software, we respectively make an empirical analysis on the Yangtze river delta urban agglomerations overall service industries agglomeration how to the influence urbanization, different urban space of Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration service industries agglomeration how to influence urbanization, the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration services different subdivision industry agglomeration how to influence urbanization.The results show that the service industries agglomeration has a promoting effect on urbanization. Urban agglomeration of central city fixed effects model is superior to the peripheral city. The promotion of urbanization effect of developed cities is superior to the developing cities. Fixed effects of Consumer services model results is better than that producer services. At the same time, we joined four control variables, different model of fixed effects analysis have different results. Finally, we put forward related suggestions to promote the development of urbanization from the perspective of service based on the empirical analysis.
