Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,large-scale disasters in high-risk logistics parks have occurred from time to time.In the existing post-disaster rescue case,there are various problems such as communication network defects and secondary disasters,which have caused great obstacles to the search and rescue dispatch work and also caused huge losses of life and property.Against this background,how to protect the safety of search and rescue personnel and how to increase the efficiency of rescue have become unavoidable issues.This paper proposes an emergency dispatch system to meet the needs of personnel scheduling tasks in emergency rescue in high-risk logistics parks.Compared with the existing emergency dispatch system,this system has increased multi-position functions such as personnel positioning,and can effectively solve the scheduling problems in the emergency context of high-risk logistics parks.For the key technical difficulties in signal processing and path planning in the system,the author conducted in-depth research.The research results are as follows:1.Combined with the existing emergency scheduling background and requirements,based on the existing mobile communication system,the overall solution of emergency scheduling system is proposed.A detailed analysis of the current various standard signals,the selection of the CDMA network as the basic network of the system,make full use of the universal and intelligent mobile terminal,and its integration into the emergency rescue mission.2.Aiming at the problem of baseband signal processing in positioning function,a scheme of using terminal access and personnel identification by reverse access channel is proposed through channel optimization.After deeply researching the existing acquisition algorithms,aiming at the extra-long code period and random characteristics of the channel itself,this paper improves the traditional processing algorithms and proposes a new acquisition method based on a variety of prior information to reduce the leakage rate.3.Using the peripheral hardware platform to set up the experimental environment,the induced scheme of the reverse channel of the mobile station is given,the whole baseband processing flow of the signal positioning is completed,the positioning delay and the identity of the mobile station are obtained,and the performance of the algorithm and the system Feasibility.4.In the context of high-risk logistics park,the shortcomings of the path selection in the current personnel dispatching command are analyzed.Aiming at the emergency scheduling system with positioning function,a variety of adaptive schemes such as safety exaggeration factor are introduced to improve the ant colony optimization algorithm to achieve better convergence performance,which is more in line with the actual rescue.
