Study On Ecological Benefits Evaluation Of Public Welfare Forest

Forest is the main body of the terrestrial ecosystem.Public welfare forest is the main source of forest ecological benefits,and plays an irreplaceable important role in the whole forest ecosystem.In this paper,taking Lin’an City as an example,the biomass of the main forest and the ecological benefit value of the county public welfare forest were estimated.In order to provide data guidance and theoretical support for the development and construction of public welfare forest in this area in the future.This article selected Lin’an City as an example,based on the small class data,carried on the following research:1)Using the method of mathematical statistics,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the public welfare forest in this area.The results showed that the public welfare forest are widely distributed and large in size.The main types are natural forest and shelter forest.The canopy height is high.The forest type is dominated by broad leaf forest.And the age of the forest is dominated by young and middle age.At the same time,it was found that the structure of stands was irrational,and a large proportion of young,middle-aged forest,which makes the advantages of public welfare forest resources have not been fully exploited.2)According to the DBH(diameter at breast height),tree height,stand density,area and other factors in the data of the small class of public welfare forest in Lin’an,and based on the general biomass model and the volume-biomass transformation model in Zhejiang Province,the biomass of the main forest stand was estimated.The biomass of the main forest stand in Lin’an was 5.5931 million tons,and the biomass per unit area was 635 600 t/hm~2.Thus,the biomass status of public welfare forest in Lin’an was further understood.3)Based on the evaluation standard of ecosystem services issued by the State Forestry Administration in 2008,and combined with the public basic data,the ecological benefit estimation of public welfare forest in Lin’an City in 2015 was completed.The results show that the total ecological benefits of Lin’an City public welfare forest in 2015 reached 7.12 billion yuan,and the ecological benefit per unit area is 8.11 million yuan/hm~2.Among them,the ecological benefits of biodiversity conservation are the highest,reaching 2.879 billion yuan,accounting for 40.42%of the county.At present,the quantification of the cities and counties of Zhejiang province forest ecological benefits has just started.After all,this study is a heavy and complex system engineering.All aspects of the research is still at the initial stage,and the existing measurement methods are still not mature and unified.The measurement method that is widely accepted and applied is still the evaluation standard issued by the State Forestry Administration.So it is necessary to explore further in the future research.
