Insurance service in postal is developing from postal saving.This main article first analyzed the background and the reason for insurance service in China Post H city branch,then,in addition,both explained the product strategy,distribution channel strategy,price strategy,sale strategy,concentrated insurance product strategy,and difference insurance product strategy etc,and analyzed the active function of these marketing strategy of the development for this branch.This text analyzed the relative policy of the development for insurance product?the development tendency of insurance depth and density,the changing tendency of incoming for area residents?the consumption idea?the preference changing of benefits for insurance products?and the influence for the needing in this branch for development tendency of supplement for insurance products,analyzed the competitive frame for products from the insurance company?commercial bank and foundation company.This paper analyzed the problems of this branch in sales strategy,the reasons of these problems in sales association responsibility is not clear?the lack of communication among associations?performance appraisal system?STP analysis is not enough?and talents building etc.At last this article suggested to perfection the marketing strategy for insurance product agent in H branch to establish and carry out the strategy for insurance product agent with stamp collecting feature.Insurance product strategy for money management(profit sharing)for fixed term deposit and unfixed term deposited.Place strategy of service for the convenience for customers in this branch.Price strategy for guiding the middle and upper class customers.Promotion strategy for combining Customer participating and public welfare activities.Marketing strategy for concentrated insurance product in guaranteed category.Perfection the marketing strategy for the difference in long term insurance products and improvement of associations?complete the management for finance manager and performance appraisal?STP accurate analysis?strengthening the safeguards of talent term building etc.
