In recent years,the overall layout of the national Power Grid Corp,electric power enterprises have introduced the ERP system to realize management upgrade,ERP is a kind of enterprises of all aspects of the business,an enterprise information system integration such as sales,purchasing,manufacturing,service and so on,on this basis,effectively optimize the allocation of resources inside and outside the enterprise the business,to effectively eliminate invalid labor and resources in the process of implementation of enterprise information flow,capital flow and logistics better effective integration,and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the target.ERP as a kind of important means to improve the management level of enterprises,widely used in foreign countries in electric power enterprises,and achieved very good results,but the application of ERP in enterprise is a complex project,will often bring relatively large changes to the enterprise,especially the great change in terms of business.Data from abroad show that about 90% of enterprises in the implementation of ERP postponed or exceeded the original budget,and in the implementation of the ERP project success rate of less than 33%.And from the domestic data statistics,according to ERP initial budget successful implementation of 15-20%,the implementation of the failure rate reached 50%.From the data,we can see clearly that the success rate of ERP project implementation is low.Therefore,how to successfully implement ERP project as many business concerns,key elements and impact analysis and discussion of the successful ERP project implementation to avoid and solve the difficulties faced by the implementation of ERP enterprise has a positive and practical significance.HN electric power company as a large state-owned enterprises,in the face of the deepening of the reform of electric power industry in order to improve the management efficiency and promote the future development of the enterprise,the state power informatization strategy deployment,is also prepared to promote the future growth for the company to implement ERP system.Therefore,this research attempts to access to a large number of domestic and foreign ERP system management related theory research and Practice on the basis of the theory and practice of the practice,the power of the HN as a case study,analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of ERP HN power,on this basis,on the implementation of the goals of ERP,the concrete scheme is analyzed,finally summed up the implementation of the key success factors and the corresponding management strategy.
