Research On The Improvement Of Financial Centralized Management Of ZD Company

ZD company since its inception,with the reform of the management,the company pay more attention to the introduction of advanced management ideas to improve the management level of the company,the company adopts the centralized financial management mode to the financial integration of internal resources,prevention and control of risk decision-making,resource allocation,the company's production and operation,effectively enhance the enterprise value.However,there are still some problems in the process of financial centralized management,and further optimization is needed in the management mode of financial centralization.Through the analysis of the current financial centralized management of ZD group and its existing problems,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to improve and improve its financial centralized management.The centralized financial management model to achieve the goal of integration of the financial system to improve and upgrade,and can quickly and timely and accurate as ZD group decision support,to achieve effective prevention and scientific control of company financial risk,achieve effective allocation of resources of the group to enhance ZD group management level as a whole.Combined with the goals we need to achieve,and making full use of our group's experience and practice of financial centralized management,we put forward the idea of optimization and improvement from the following aspects.(1)strengthening the management of fundsIn the financial centralized management of the future ZD group,we should further strengthen the monitoring of the use of funds by the group and the subordinate district and county companies.We should revise and improve the existing capital utilization process and management method,strengthen monitoring and post evaluation and analysis in the process of use,improve the efficiency of ZD group's capital utilization,and enhance the effect of fund use.(2)promoting the management level of the front-end department with the support of the financial centralized management platformIn the future management process,the use of financial reimbursement links before and after the end of the implementation,promote the standard management of front-end departments to standardize financial management procedures and processes.At the same time,through the financial centralized management platform for information sharing,the use of data information for the company's various aspects of the operation to provide astrong support.It is also to strengthen the management awareness and responsibility cognition of financial personnel at all levels in budget management,audit monitoring and financial analysis.(3)improving the enthusiasm of financial personnelIn view of the uneven quality of financial staff in ZD group,we should increase investment in training,actively improve the professional quality of financial personnel and their sense of responsibility in work,and enhance their normalization in work.(4)perfect the internal audit systemChanging the original internal audit formalization and internal audit simplification,realizing the diversification of audit forms,making it transparent and transparent in the internal audit,giving full play to the supervision of audit work,finding out the existing problems in the audit,and putting forward the train of thought for solving the problem.(5)improving investment in fixed assetsIn the management of fixed assets,we must have clear responsibilities,strict system and reasonable process,effectively manage the whole process of fixed assets management,and strictly place in procurement,evaluation,approval and acceptance.At the same time,we must establish reasonable management system and methods for asset allocation,inspection and stocktaking.Meanwhile,we should cultivate and promote the establishment of awareness of asset management in our company.This study does research on ZD group's financial centralized management.It not only provides reference for ZD group to optimize financial centralized management,but also has a certain demonstration value for similar enterprise groups to achieve centralized financial management.
