It is very difficult for the traditional fund management way to meet themanagement needs under the condition of more diversified and localized business in theenterprises. The centralized fund management with the mode of financial informationsharing will be the only path to the enterprise development. What’s more, it is urgent formany enterprises to solve the problems of how to choose the appropriate managementmode among the various fund centralized management modes and how to build aneffective fund management system on the basis of their selected mode.After having elaborated the related theory and model of centralized fundmanagement, this thesis anal’s status and characteristics, builds an integrated diagnosisof its existing fund managem yzes Q Groupent problem and finds out its existingproblems and related causes. This thesis draws a conclusion that Q Group should usethe management mode of cash pooling with the mode of financial information sharing.It also focuses on the improvement strategies for fund management to establish aneffective fund management which include establishing the management control systemand the financial information sharing system, strengthening the risk prevention of fundmanagement, setting up the benefit evaluation system of fund management and theavailable security measures to make the management system run smoothly.The conclusion at the end of the thesis is that in order to achieve their strategicgoals, enterprises should choose the suitable fund management mode to their owncharacteristics, optimize their business operation process with the help of theconstruction of the financial information sharing system and build their fundmanagement system to enhance their fund management, internal control and riskprevention ability.
