Research On The Effect Of Conscious Knowledge Spillovers On Cluster Innovation Performance

The existing studies on whether knowledge spillovers play a role in promoting or hindering the performance of cluster innovation are complicated.By default knowledge spillovers are unconscious,are the root cause of knowledge spillovers hindering innovation.In order to distinguish the "unconscious" cognition of spillover knowledge from previous studies,this paper defines the knowledge spillover with active intention as conscious knowledge spillover,and explores its unique effect in breaking the barriers to cluster innovation performance.And from the perspective of derivative effect and process of knowledge spillovers consciousness in the cluster in the discussion of conscious knowledge spillover through enterprise cluster innovation technology and derivative derivative impact effect,will provide ideas to solve the disputes,knowledge spillover effects and help open the awareness of cluster innovation performance black box.This study adopts 2008-2012 to the Ministry of science and Technology issued five batches of "innovative enterprises" list issued 275 questionnaires collected.The data using SPSS22.0 and AMOS to obtain the 23 test of the validity,to construct a cluster effect as intermediary variables,conscious knowledge spillover and cluster innovation performance respectively as independent variables and the dependent variable structure equation model,analyzes the model fitting degree,by assuming the relationship of a verification and reached the following conclusions:Independent variables are two dimensions of project knowledge spillover consciousness overflow,overflow contribution due to variable cluster innovation performance has a positive impact,overflow,overflow project contributors have a positive impact on the enterprise cluster effect,derivative derivative technology,in two dimensions derivative effect can not only promote group cluster innovation performance,but also the conscious knowledge spillover effect of cluster innovation performance intermediate transmission mechanism.At the same time,the cluster effect in the test variable and the incomplete mediating effect between variables,the project path overflow,overflow by contributors to spin offs and technology derived on cluster innovation performance analysis,explore the knowledge spillover consciousness through enterprise cluster innovation and technology influence derivative derivative rules and fundamental path that highlights the important role in the process of technology derived mechanism formation.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical research,the management implications of inter firm cooperation,tacit knowledge transformation and the construction of innovation ecosystem are proposed,and the deficiencies of this research are discussed.
