Industrial cluster is an important engine of regional economic development in China.Through the accumulation of funds,labor force and technology,the innovation ability of cluster enterprises can be improved as a whole.As an important role in the clustered economy,The effect of knowledge spillover on innovation performance of industrial clusters is not only constrained by the absorption capacity of cluster enterprises and also many other factors,the specific mechanism and the role of the effect path are also controversial.Under the limitation of acquiring enterprise micro-data,currently,the research on the knowledge spillover of industrial clusters is mostly in the provinces and cities and other medium levels.Although the research of macroscopic statistical data can capture the traces of knowledge spillovers,it still cannot deeply analyze the specific situation of knowledge spillovers in the study area.Based on the discontinuity of enterprise innovation and the theory of quantum mechanics,this paper studies the influence mechanism of knowledge spillover and absorptive capacity on innovation performance from qualitative and quantitative aspects.Through the cultivation of the absorptive capacity of the cluster to improve its efficiency of the use of cluster knowledge spillovers,and promote the development of regional economy.The main contents of this article include the following six parts:The first part,an innovative mechanism research of industrial cluster based on the technological progress quantum model.Firstly,based on the discontinuity of technological progress of enterprises,combined with the semi-open organizational structure of industrial clusters,the quantum expansion model of industrial cluster innovation is constructed,and the concept of enterprise technological energy level(ETEL)is put forward for the purpose of indentifying and tracking the knowledge spillovers on enterprise level.Then,by using quantum theory,the microscopic phenomena inside the cluster are deeply explored and interpreted.The second part,the construction and simulation of the knowledge flow integration framework of industrial cluster.Started from the current situation of conceptual confusion and misuse in knowledge spillovers studies,this paper constructs the integration research framework of knowledge flow based on the quantum theory introduced in the first part,focuses on the extraction and interpretation of the knowledge spillover effect.The simulation is carried out by using Matlab to verify the importance of knowledge spillover effect in industrial cluster technology innovation.The third part,verification of knowledge spillovers quantum hypothesis in the industrial cluster.It analyzed the inherent relevance between the total factor productivity andtechnological energy levels in the enterprise,conducted discussion on the measure and decomposition method of total factor productivity,established the quantum extension C-D production function that matches with the quantum model of technological progress,used the SFA method to conduct analysis for the statistical data on the level of the cities in China,and verified the effectiveness of quantum hypothesis and the quantum extension C-D production function put forward in this thesis.The fourth part,the measure of industrial cluster orientation and technological energy level of enterprises in clusters.First,it selected the survey region based on the spatial-temporal evolution rules of innovation performances in China region,used the method of spatial analysis to conduct recognition and orientation for the industrials clusters in the selected region;and then conducted measure for the enterprise technological energy level of the extracted enterprise samples,and verified the existence of enterprise technological energy levels and the effectiveness of it as knowledge spillovers recognition index of industrial clusters with the panel threshold model,at the same time,provided the required indicators of ETEL for the subsequent empirical research.The fifth part,recognition of knowledge spillovers in industrial clusters and empirical analysis of the influence of it on the innovation performances.First,it pointed out the H-L and H-H aggregating mode in the industrial clusters;secondly,it verified the influence ways of industrial cluster knowledge spillovers,absorbing ability and aggregating mode on the innovation performances through analysis of regression;and finally it verified the influence of declination of technological energy levels in leading enterprise of industrial clusters on the knowledge spillovers.The sixth part,making full use of the policy and suggestion of knowledge spillover effect of industrial cluster.According to the theoretical model constructed combined with the results of empirical analysis,the article proposed the policies and suggestions to enhance the innovation performance of industrial clusters in China.
