Research On Design And Evaluation Of Knowledge Management System For High-tech Enterprises In Big Data

As a kind of enterprise strongly supported by our country,high-tech enterprise has features of knowledge intensive and talent intensive,thus knowledge management has become its core competitiveness.At the same time,big data brings the change of thinking and technology to knowledge management.Under multiple shocks of knowledge becoming more important,data expansion and rapid development of information technology,Chinese high--tech enterprises are bond to reform concept and system of knowledge management.As a result,it can improve the efficiency and effect of knowledge transformation,promoting knowledge sharing and knowledge creation,and further usefully employ big data and information.The effective implementation of knowledge management are supposed be based on an effective knowledge management system.This paper attempts to analyze internal impacts of big data on enterprise knowledge management,and systematically explain the content of enterprise knowledge management system combining the characteristics of high--tech enterprise.Therefore,an overall system is designed,containing 5 parts,namely a processmanagement system,an infrastructure system,an organization system,a culture system and an institution system,and then the specific construction contents of each part are explained.Furthermore,this paper determines indexes to evaluate the level of knowledge management system in high tech enterprises based on big data background,builds a fuzzy comprehension evaluation model,which is applied to a specific high-tech enterprise,analyses the deficiencies of this enterprise's knowledge management system,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,aiming at providing an important reference for hightech enterprises' knowledge management system building.
