| Training effectiveness evaluation of knowledge workers in hi-tech enterprise is regarded as the research object in the paper. This paper analyses the characteristics of hi-tech enterprise and knowledge workers, the status of Training effectiveness evaluation of knowledge workers in hi-tech enterprise and the results of the expert survey. On this basis it attempts to modify Kirkpatrick Model by combining behavior level with results level. Then construct index systems of Training effectiveness evaluation on the basis of business skill and general skill. The correction model introduces Growth and Output of Technical Innovation Capability, Team cooperation and Self-management to reflect the influence of training on growth, innovation and team performance in hi-tech enterprise.This article adopts AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by system integration to evaluate the training effectiveness of knowledge workers in hi-tech enterprise. It aims at reflecting the general effect of training by quantitative data.Following that, combining with a example of hi-tech enterprise, this research applies the correction model and method to empirical study. The correction model and method is proved feasible and practical by simple result of evaluation reflecting the status of training effectiveness.Finally, this research provides proposals to ensure the effective development of training effect evaluation of knowledge workers in hi-tech enterprise. |
