Growth Nature Evaluation Of High-tech SMEs Based On The Dynamic Capabilities

With increasingly fierce competition environment,technology and the demand of customers frequently change,the original competitive advantages are broken,the internal core competitiveness of enterprises may become core rigidity,and resources and capabilities can not adapt to the change of external environment.Enterprises encounter more and more problems in the process of development.The majority of enterprises in China is high-tech SMEs and these high-tech SMEs are important factors in the development of the economy in China.For high-tech SMEs do not have enough resource base and research ability.These are important topics that how to constantly perceive opportunities and threats of the external environment,and how to integrate the internal resource and ability to improve the enterprise growth.Firstly,this research introduces dynamic capability theories and enterprise growth theories.On the basis of systematically combing through the results of well-known scholar's research in terms of dynamic capability theories and enterprise growth theories,the concepts and dimensions of dynamic capability and enterprise growth are defined.The dynamic capability is divided into environmental insight capability,innovation capability,organizational flexible capability,organizational learning capability and resource integration capability,meanwhile enterprise growth is divided into the expansion of quantity and the optimization of quality.Secondly,This research issues questionnaire to high-tech SMEs,and analyzes the function mechanism that dynamic capability impact on enterprise growth,and puts forward hypothesizes.Thirdly,this research analyzed the degree of the dynamic capability impacting on enterprise growth by SME,and sets up the evaluation model based on the dynamic capability perspective by fuzzy comprehension evaluation.The model is applied to specific enterprises to verify the correctness and feasibility of theory and method.Finally,this research aiming at specific enterprise puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,directing at the empirical analysis of specific enterprise to promote the healthy and stable development of high-tech SMEs.
