A comparative study of national welfare system between western.Western modern social welfare system s a sign of civilization and progress of human society,also play a role for protecting the lives of working people in security.Western welfare system first used the way of legislation to gross national income redistribution,will be part of the high income groups in the social security tax and other taxes to low-income people,to reduce the income gap,it can alleviate social contradictions,to maintain social stability,but also to promote the balanced development of social economy.;besides,it can be maintain the extend moral value.Each country in the world has its own different national conditions,and there are great differences in the government regulation and capital investment of the welfare system.Western modern social welfare system is a sign of the progress of human civilization,which has played a protective role for the basic life of laborers.After the transformation of the industrial revolution,European governments began to pursue a way to alleviate social contradictions and maintain social stability,social welfare came into being as followed.Managers from enterprise focused on improving the enthusiasm of staff and work efficiency.At this time,welfare played a key role of positive factors for promoting the staffs’ emotion.Also,scholars made further studies of welfare theory.This paper is based on the current welfare situation of state-owned enterprise.Welfare takes a high proportion among all the cost of the enterprise,but employees not only aware of the benefit from welfare system,but also not aware of care from the enterprise.The current welfare system currently aimed at eliminating the dissatisfaction for employees,which is helpless for improving working efficiency.In my essay,through the detailed analysis and discussion,we can fully understand the company’s current staff welfare system status,identify the existing problems and enhance maximum satisfaction for all employees,and to improve enterprise competition in the future market.In this paper,T-company for the actual case of welfare optimization program design,it is a wholly owned by the Kunming state-owned company.By analyzing the concept of the welfare system,background,current implementation,evolution and the development of welfare system mode of T-company’s background,welfare system and its pattern of characteristics,creative system,explore its current welfare system reform and find out the problem existing in T-company’s welfare system to adjust,so as to explore the development of welfare with suggestions.Undoubtedly,this will help us to reflect on the lesson of other countries to promote T-company was now the perfect social security system and development process.
