| In modern enterprise management,the salary system of employees is a very important incentive means,and employee welfare management,as an indispensable part of the salary system,plays an irreplaceable role in salary.It is more to provide logistics support for employees’ life,and is a very important economic form to attract,stabilize and motivate employees.In recent years,although the welfare investment of different countries and enterprises has increased year by year,it has not achieved the expected effect.It is worth our in-depth study on how to achieve a balance between meeting the welfare needs of employees and controlling costs.This paper chooses Y axle company as the research object and the welfare scheme of Y axle company as the research content.The company belongs to the machinery industry.At present,it has more than 3000 employees,mainly young and middle-aged,with a male to female ratio of 7:3.In view of the above characteristics,this paper uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to investigate the employee welfare satisfaction and demand of the company,and uses SPSS software to conduct a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of all the valid sample data collected.The analysis methods mainly include descriptive statistics,differential factor analysis and other methods,and then according to the data analysis results and the interview results of employees,It summarizes the problems and causes of the company’s existing welfare system,mainly including the following points:the company gives employees a low degree of independent choice of welfare items;The company’s existing welfare system is too average and ignores incentives;The supply of some statutory and economic benefits is insufficient;Facilities and service welfare programs are relatively scarce.Finally,according to the above problems of the welfare system of Y axle company,it optimizes and upgrades it on the basis of the four basic theories,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.The optimization plan mainly includes two parts:establishing and improving the company’s inclusive welfare and implementing the flexible welfare system.In order to help the company’s welfare system better meet the diverse needs of employees,enhance employees’ loyalty and trust in the company,so that employees can better serve the enterprise,and absorb a large number of high-quality talents to join Y axle company,releasing the company’s greater competitive advantage in similar enterprises.At the same time,I hope this paper can provide some reference for other welfare systems in the machinery industry. |
