Research On The Development Of Urban Agricult Ure In Tianjin Based On Fuzzy Evaluation

As one of the four municipalities directly under the central government,Tianjin is located in the North China Plain,relying on the Tianjin port and the airport economic zone,with obvious regional advantages.Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration strategy put forward since 2014,Tianjin to build advanced manufacturing center in North China,the International Center for material flow as the overall goal,vigorously develop the advanced manufacturing industry,improve logistics speed,in increasing industrial investment.At the same time,investment in agriculture can not be ignored.The rapid economic growth has brought good development opportunities for urban agriculture,accelerated the adjustment of rural industrial structure,vigorously developed ecological agriculture,tourism agriculture and promoted the economic speed,while protecting the ecological environment.The development of urban agriculture is in line with the requirements of the "beautiful Tianjin No.1 document".This paper expounds the research status at home and abroad,and briefly summarized and the basic theory of urban agriculture,then the status quo of Tianjin city agriculture development are described,for the future of Tianjin city how to develop agriculture,how to develop urban agriculture,provide a strong theoretical basis.According to the current period,Tianjin is the headquarters of the construction of "beautiful Tianjin".According to the development requirements of urban agriculture,production,life and ecology,a set of evaluation index system of urban agriculture has been constructed in.When the weights of indexes are determined,the concept of entropy is introduced to avoid the influence of subjective factors caused by the commonly used methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the overall development level.According to the empirical research on the Tianjin city and three other municipalities of agricultural development level,comparative analysis of the problems existed in the development of urban agriculture in Tianjin city and three other municipalities in the gap,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations and facing the opportunities of reform and development.
