Study On The Early Warning Mechanism Of Green Barrier On Vegetable Export In China

Over the past years,green trade barriers have been used for trade protection by many importing countries in the developed countries because of their duality of rationality and protection.In particular,the developed countries are accustomed to restricting the entry of products from developing countries by using green barriers.Vegetables have been the main export of agricultural products in China,exports in China's agricultural exports occupy an important position,and long-term exports of the world's total exports of vegetables in the forefront,while Japan has been the first country to export vegetables in China,China's vegetable exports to Japan's vegetable market has attached great importance to the changes in the Japanese vegetable market,Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the green barrier early warning mechanism of Chinese vegetable export to Japan and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of vegetable products in China and to deal with green barriers.In this paper,by analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional approach to green barriers,this paper draws the necessity of constructing the early warning mechanism of green barriers to vegetables in China,and draws lessons from the rich experience of early warning mechanism in developed countries and the experimental results in some parts of China to build our early warning mechanism of green barriers The feasibility of the.But found that there are still some problems in the technical and institutional level,and in the following,respectively,put forward the corresponding measures.This part analyzes the green barrier system in Japan and tries to build an early warning index of green barriers to vegetable exports in China through the situation of China's vegetable market share in Japan and the obstruction in the export process.system.And try to use BP neural network to provide technical support for the construction of green barrier early warning model,the test results in line with expectations,more ideal to predict the next year,China's vegetable exports to the extent of green barriers,and BP network model to deal with Has long been facing the problem of delay,with strong ability to predict,to achieve its predictive function in the field of green barriers early warning of a breakthrough.This part puts forward three suggestions on the system level: Firstly,improve the domestic vegetable circulation trade mechanism and improve the environmental awareness of vegetable producers;secondly,from the perspective of the relevantforeign rule of law,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the environmental protection of vegetables,Improve the domestic green environmental protection system and improve the legislative procedures to increase law enforcement efforts,etc.to build China's relevant laws and regulations system;third,establish and improve the early warning mechanism of green barriers.
