| At present, Green trade barrier has become Chinese agricultural exports facing the largest non-tariff barriers. About 90% in our country’s agricultural products export enterprises are imposed by green trade barrier in developed abroad, causing huge losses every year. How to break through the green trade barriers in developed countries to China’s restrictions on exports of agricultural products is an urgent need to solve the current imminent problems.As a major agricultural province, Henan Province, is equally faced with increasingly stringent green trade barriers. Therefore, on the current context of new trade protectionism, it is necessary to research in-depth green trade barrier imposing on Henan Province’s agricultural exports.The research methods in this paper are integrating the normative and empirical analysis, theory and practice approach, analyzed and researched the green trade barriers which Henan Province faced well. This article use econometric software EVIEWS6.0 to have empirical analysis to Henan province’s exports of agricultural products encountering green trade barriers and to have qualitative analysis to export situation of unique agricultural products and existing problems from the government,industry associations, enterprises, farmers finally.Through research, we find the green trade barrier did impose Henan Province’s agricultural exports. On the other hand, the regress analysis result shows, the exports of agricultural products and the carbon emission was a positive correlation, this result are different with the KEC. For this reason,we give the proper explain. It also provide further theory basis for policies. This paper will provide a scientific basis for enhancing the export competitiveness of agricultural products and the international competitiveness of unique agricultural products in Henan Province, as well as for government departments to further develop policies to promote exports of agricultural products in Henan Province. |
