Research On Technology Competitiveness Analysis Method Based On Patent Big Data

Technical competitiveness is a measure of a company’s overall strength of the most important indicators.Patent is regarded as the integration of technology,intelligence,business intelligence and economic intelligence carrier of knowledge,which has become a specialized research and development of science and technology innovation level of the important object.Patent is one of the key indicators to reflect the competitiveness of enterprises,so it is very important to manage and analyze the patent data,which is large,scattered,multi-source and fast growing,and establish the evaluation system of enterprise’s technology competitiveness.It has very important theoretical and practical engineering research significance.In view of this series of problems,this paper is introduced mainly from the following aspects:(1)In view of the problems of patent data management,this paper adopts the data conversion mechanism of distributed file storage HDFS,parallel data processing MapReduce,data crawling tool Nutch and database MySQL and HBase,and finally establishes patent data management model based big data.The model can effectively solve large and scattered problem of the patent data.(2)To establish a patent subject extraction method to support the evaluation of enterprise technology competitiveness,combining with TF-IDF method to propose a keyword extraction model based on word weight.While a method for extracting subject matter based on patent keyword LDA model is proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed method in patent subject clustering is illustrated by comparing experiments.(3)To build the enterprise technology competitiveness analysis model,and technical competitiveness index evaluation system including some key indicators such as number of patents,patent growth rate,technology theme novelty,technology theme maturity,technical theme concentration and so on.(4)Based on the previous research,this paper takes the related enterprises in the field of new energy battery as the research object,and obtains the evaluation report of the technology competitiveness of the related enterprises.
